About: The ProPresenter slide operators are responsible for displaying all of our music lyrics, text, announcements, and all other slides and videos on the screens at Mass.
Open to: Grade 9 through adults; no prior experience is required, and training is provided.
Skills Needed: This role requires a keen sense of timing and focus to ensure that slides are displayed in sync with the music and speakers throughout the Mass.
Commitment: All slide operators are expected to arrive at the control booth 15 minutes before Mass begins to review any special instructions for that day. Slide operators can be flexibly scheduled as frequently as you would like. Most operators assist at 1 or 2 Masses per month.
About: The ProPresenter slide designers are responsible for creating new slides, editing existing slides, uploading new media, and preparing the slide playlist order for Mass. This is done outside of Mass.

Skills Needed: This role requires strong attention to detail to ensure that all text is accurate and free of formatting errors or typos.
Commitment: This role can be scheduled with flexibility, depending on your availability during the week.
About: The camera operators are responsible for switching and framing camera shots with our two remote cameras and mixing the video and computer inputs using the video mixer for the live streamed Mass.
Open to: Grade 9 through adults; no prior experience is required, and training is provided.
Skills Needed: This role requires a confident ability to multitask while operating the remote camera control panel to switch and frame new camera shots and the video mixer to select what input is being shown on the live stream feed.
Commitment: All camera operators are expected to arrive at the control booth 15 minutes before Mass begins to review any special instructions for that day. Camera operators can be flexibly scheduled as frequently as you would like. Most operators assist at 1 or 2 Masses per month.
About: The soundboard operators control the mute and unmute functions for the various speaking and music cues throughout the Mass. Additionally, sound board operators must adjust individual microphone faders to increase or decrease the volume of multiple microphones throughout Mass to maintain a steady sound output level in the worship space.
Open to: Grade 9 through adults; no prior experience is required, and training is provided.
Skills Needed: This role requires a good ear that can be trained to recognize appropriate volume levels in the worship space and know how to make adjustments throughout the Mass when needed. Also, a strong level of focus and timing is required to follow the order of the Mass and learn when each microphone needs to be muted or unmuted.

About: The video production assistant role is designed for anyone with an interest in learning either the video filming process, the video editing process, or both. This role will assist on an as-needed basis with any special video projects that come up throughout the year, such as announcements, special program features, campaigns, educational videos, and worship music videos.
Open to: Grade 9 through adults; no prior experience is required, and training is provided.
Skills Needed: This role requires a strong desire to learn and develop new skills in video filming, production, and/or editing.
Commitment: Video production assistants are scheduled on an as-needed basis when video projects come up throughout the year, and scheduling can be flexible to accommodate your availability whenever possible.
