The Sowers of Justice is a group of people interested in furthering the cause of issues in social justice & charity in whatever ways we can. From "Faithful Citizenship" to "Health Care Action Team," we try to support the various needs of social outreach in our community.

Health Care Action Team   If you are interested in working on the issue of affordable Health Care for everyone, we are starting a limited, short-term project team to address this issue. We will have strength in action because there will be other "Health Care Action Teams" from other parishes working on the same issue. Our first 4 meetings will be with the diocese getting some training in the issue and various strategies, along with others in the metro area. These will begin in January. From there we will put together strategy ideas & try some of them on our own time. Commitment: 1 2-hour meeting each month + 3 hours working on own time. Estimated to be for 1 year.
