As part of Families Moving Forward, St. Ed’s has the opportunity to host Homeless Families overnight, in lieu of going to a regular shelter. We provide parishioners to visit with them, feed them dinner and breakfast, and offer evening activities for their young children, to give parents who are either working or looking for work a bit of a break.
“Whatever you do for the least of my brothers, that you do unto me.” (Matt.)
YOUcould be one of those lucky ones to offer a much-needed, friendly welcome to these families from St. Ed’s!
Our Next Hosting WEEK: January 25 - 31, 2009
We Always Need YOUR Help! Fun for Families & Friends!
No need to go anywhere else to serve the poor in our midst!
